I’m super excited to announce the Black Clan Everest Base Camp Trek for November 2026! Here are some of the headline details to give you an idea of cost and the time needed to take off work etc.
Cost
£1,995 per person, plus flights.
The deposit is £400 then a 2nd deposit 5 months before departure and then the balance is 10 weeks before departure.
Flights will be booked closer to the time and need to be paid in full at the time of booking; roughly 9 months before departure to get the best deals. As a general guide, the 2024 prices are currently around £900
Itinerary - November 2026
Day 1 - Depart UK
Day 2 - Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 3 - Fly to Lukla & Trek 1 - walk to Phakding
Day 4 - Trek 2 – trek to Namche Bazaar
Day 5 - Trek 3 – acclimatisation/rest day in Namche Bazaar
Day 6 - Trek 4 – trek to Pangboche
Day 7 - Trek 5 – trek to Dingboche
Day 8 - Trek 6 - Acclimatisation/Rest day at Dingboche.
Day 9 - Trek 7 – trek to Lobuche
Day 10 - Trek 8 – trek to Gorak Shep. Evening ascent of Kala Pattar
Day 11 - Trek 9 – trek up to Everest Base Camp, return to Gorak Shep
Day 12 - Trek 10 – down to Dingboche
Day 13 - Trek 11 – trek down to Namche, stopping for lunch at Tengboche monastery
Day 14 - Trek 12 – trek down to Lukla
Day 15 - Fly Lukla to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 16 - Free day in Kathmandu / spare day in case of bad weather
Day 17 - Transfer to airport
Day 18 - Arrive UK
